Alchemy is about perspective, aesthetic, obsessive attention to detail, and hopefully a bit of humor. 20 years ago, Alchemy was born as a creative hub for hairdressers who thought of their work as art.
We come together every 2 weeks to develop new techniques, refine the ones we have, and share our newest ideas. Our name is synonymous with personalized, thoughtfully designed hair.
Prices are based on stylist experience level and education. For color bookings, please call or text the salon for a consultation.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Book up to one year in advance. Trials are scheduled 4-6 weeks prior for a 1.5-hour consultation to fine-tune your look.
20% gratuity added to all services. 50% deposit to book, remaining 50% due 7 days before the wedding. Book no earlier than 5 months prior.
All color appointments can be booked by calling, texting, or emailing the salon at 407-650-8022. We cannot book color online as each color service deserves a consultation based on texture, health, and history of your hair.
Alchemy stylists range from Protege to Master stylists. Our pricing is tiered, determined by years of experience and education. We offer competitive pricing in Orlando and guarantee an incredible amount of education at all levels.
Alchemy is a certified Green Circle salon. We recycle hair (used to make booms that soak up oil from spills), empty product containers, lids, packaging, and excess color. There is a $2.00 Green Circle fee added to each ticket to support this recycling program.
Education is the foundation of our mission. We bring in top educators from other areas and send our stylists to classes around the globe. A $0.50 Education Fund fee is added to each client ticket to support continuing education.
Parking is available directly behind the salon in the smaller lot, as well as the larger lot directly behind Alchemy property on Concord.
Cancellations over 24 hours: no fee. Under 24 hours: 50% of scheduled service. No show/no call: 100% of scheduled service. Late to bang trim (5+ min): $25 fee and cancelled appointment. For new client color and 4+ hour appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, forfeited if cancelled under 72 hours.
Our Master Stylists work with Apprentices who are licensed hairdressers that come to Alchemy for advanced education. Before working with clients, they go through rigorous training. Many clients later become regulars of former Apprentices as they graduate to the floor.
A credit card is required to secure any appointment (used only for cancellation fees or when requested for payment). Due to increasing processing costs, a 3% fee applies to credit card transactions. You can avoid this by paying with cash.
Alchemy expects all clients to conduct themselves with respectfulness towards staff and fellow clients. This includes all personal space, commentary, and physical contact.
